We’re hiring a Ruby on Rails Developer who thrives on clean code, performance, and collaboration. You’ll join a small, hands-on engineering group within a growing organization. The setup is hybrid, with a few days per week on-site expected.

Functie omschrijving
- Build and maintain features in Ruby on Rails, from design to production
- Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Write clean, well-tested code (RSpec/Minitest) and work within CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product and engineering on architecture and best practices
- Take ownership of modules and drive features from request to deployment
- Contribute to reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
Functie eisen
- 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails (backend development)
- Strong knowledge of APIs and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
- Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD workflows
- Proactive and communicative, comfortable in a small team environment
- Dutch language required; English is a plus
- Based in the Netherlands (or nearby), available for 2+ days/week on-site
- Valid EU work permit required — no visa sponsorship
