Project Manager Migration and Onboarding
At ReduCate, we are building a SaaS platform that transforms how professionals learn across Europe. Doctors, lawyers and teachers already use our products to stay certified, and with each new acquisition our platform grows in scale, complexity and impact. We are now looking for a Project Manager Migration and Onboarding to lead the end to end delivery of individual brand migrations into our multi tenant platform and make each onboarding a controlled, well executed journey.

After successfully migrating our first tenant to the new platform, we are rolling out migrations across additional brands. You will join a collaborative organisation with experienced engineers, architects and product managers who value clear ownership and transparent communication.
Job Description
As Project Manager Migration and Onboarding, you own the full lifecycle of one or more migration projects. You translate technical assessments into concrete plans, coordinate work across engineering, data, product and external stakeholders, and make sure that each cut over happens safely and in a controlled way. You keep everyone aligned on scope, timelines and risks, and you are the point of contact when complexity peaks.
Your key responsibilities:

Own migration projects from initial planning through dry runs to final cut over

Translate integration and migration plans into clear, time bound project roadmaps

Coordinate engineering, data, security, product and external stakeholders

Map dependencies, mitigate risks and maintain momentum throughout the project

Prepare and facilitate dry runs, go no go decisions and go live moments

Track and report progress, risks and issues to the program manager and leadership

Ensure that communication with acquired brands is clear, structured and trustworthy

Capture lessons learned and help refine the standard approach for future migrations
What You Bring

4 to 7 years of project management experience in tech, SaaS, cloud or data migration environments

Proven experience managing multi team projects with technical deliverables

Strong organisational, planning and communication skills

Ability to stay calm, structured and proactive when complexity or pressure increases

Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding high level architectures

Fluent in English, both written and spoken Dutch is a plus

Based in the Netherlands no IND sponsorship

Excellent salary up to 7.000 euro gross per month, depending on experience
