Program Manager Technology Integration
At ReduCate, we are building a SaaS platform that transforms how professionals learn across Europe. Doctors, lawyers and teachers already use our products to stay certified, and with each new acquisition our platform grows in scale, complexity and impact. We are now looking for a Program Manager Technology Integration to design, govern and steer the overall migration and integration program across multiple brands so that every onboarding is structured, predictable and aligned with our long term strategy.

After successfully onboarding our first tenant onto a new multi tenant platform, we are scaling across brands and standardising how systems, data and products integrate. You will join a cross functional organisation with a skilled engineering team and leadership that values clarity, governance and sustainable growth.
Job Description
As Program Manager Technology Integration, you are responsible for the overall framework, rhythm and governance of ReduCate’s multi brand migration program. You make sure that technical plans, product priorities and business goals stay aligned across multiple migrations and teams. You design operating cadences, monitor progress and risks, and ensure that each brand onboarding follows a repeatable, well understood process.
Your key responsibilities:

Design and own the overall integration and migration program across brands

Define operating rhythms, decision structures and reporting for all stakeholders

Align architecture, engineering, data, product and leadership around a shared roadmap

Translate technical and commercial input into clear program level plans and milestones

Monitor dependencies, risks and issues across multiple parallel migrations

Ensure that lessons learned are captured and turned into reusable playbooks and templates

Provide clear communication to leadership on status, risks and trade offs

Work closely with project managers and the integration architect to keep execution on track
What You Bring
-
7 plus years of experience in program management or large scale project management in tech, SaaS or digital transformation

Proven track record structuring complex, multi stakeholder initiatives

Strong skills in governance, operating model design and stakeholder alignment

Comfortable working in a technical environment and translating between business and engineering

Calm, structured and pragmatic, especially when many moving parts are involved

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Dutch is a plus

Based in the Netherlands no IND sponsorship

Excellent salary up to 8.000 euro gross per month, depending on experience
