Company profile
Fullinfo is a self funded software company building a smarter way to find and use company data. We are developing a one stop platform that helps sales and marketing teams discover new leads and actionable insights. Fast, reliable and deeply searchable.
Think Google Search meets CRM enrichment. With filters, clean design and structured results.
Our backend is written in TypeScript. The frontend is built in Angular. Everything runs on Amazon Web Services using Lambda and other serverless tools. We use GraphQL where it makes sense. Performance and simplicity guide every decision.
We are not dependent on external funding and have no financial runway concerns. That gives us the space to focus on building something solid, not rushed.
Role description
You’ll join our platform team as a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and improve the foundation of our AWS infrastructure.
We’re looking for someone who understands the value of clean architecture and cost-efficient design. You’ll help us scale our event-driven, serverless platform — written in TypeScript and deployed via AWS CDK — and ensure our infrastructure remains fast, reliable, and easy to maintain.
We value clarity over cleverness. Structure over shortcuts.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for renewal. You’ll work closely with the CTO, principal engineer, and backend team — in a role that combines infrastructure ownership with technical collaboration across the stack.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Designing and maintaining AWS infrastructure using CDK (TypeScript)
-
Participating in our small but growing DevOps team
-
Writing infrastructure code that enhances performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
-
Ensuring seamless integration of AWS services across our event-driven architecture
-
Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and monitoring
-
Collaborating with the backend, frontend, and scraping teams to align infra with product needs
-
Contributing to architectural decisions as the product evolves
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering role
-
Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) — including Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway
-
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably with AWS CDK (TypeScript)
-
Familiarity with event-driven and serverless architectures
-
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/observability tooling
-
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
-
Comfortable working remotely and independently, with some overlap with HQ working hours
-
Willing to work in an environment that aims for 24/7 availability (but without individual on-call duty)
Nice-to-haves:
-
Experience with Terraform (legacy infra components)
-
Background in multi-region, redundancy, or disaster recovery setups
-
Experience supporting other teams in adopting and integrating AWS solutions
-
Interest in cloud architecture or platform-wide engineering
-
Affinity for cost optimization, performance tuning, and clean infrastructure design
Mindset & ways of working:
-
You take ownership and are accountable for your work
-
You’re eager to work on different aspects of cloud infrastructure in a generalist role
-
You can quickly understand unfamiliar infrastructure and proactively suggest improvements
-
You enjoy helping and guiding other developers, whether by pairing or sharing infra best practices
-
You prefer clarity over cleverness, and structure over shortcuts
-
You bring a proactive, hands-on approach and enjoy collaborating with technical leadership
Conditions
-
A twelve month contract as an independent contributor (€25,000–€35,000 per year (≈ $27K–$38K)
-
Fully remote work
-
A product led environment with zero unnecessary process
-
A small team with high standards and big ambition
-
No micromanagement. Just trust, freedom and clarity
-
A chance to shape the platform before it launches
-
Competitive compensation at senior level
The hiring process includes an intro call, a technical assignment and a final conversation with our engineering team.
