Devops Engineer
At ReduCate, we’re building a SaaS platform that transforms how professionals learn across Europe. Doctors, lawyers, and teachers already use our products to stay certified — and with each new acquisition, our platform grows in scale, complexity, and impact. We’re now looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of our AWS infrastructure and help standardize and scale our multi-tenant environment.

Job Description
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll design, evolve, and own ReduCate’s AWS-based infrastructure. You’ll work in a greenfield environment with modern tooling, helping shape a scalable, secure, and reliable foundation for our growing SaaS ecosystem.
Your key responsibilities:

Own and improve AWS-based infrastructure managed with Terraform

Drive the evolution of our multi-tenant SaaS setup for scalability and security

Maintain and expand CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

Ensure reliable Docker usage across development, testing, and deployments

Manage identity and access solutions (FusionAuth, Google)

Implement and enhance observability (Sentry, CloudWatch)

Champion security, privacy, and compliance best practices

Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams
