Job description

As Program Manager Technology Integration, you are responsible for the overall framework, rhythm and governance of ReduCate’s multi brand migration program. You make sure that technical plans, product priorities and business goals stay aligned across multiple migrations and teams. You design operating cadences, monitor progress and risks, and ensure that each brand onboarding follows a repeatable, well understood process.

Your key responsibilities:

• Design and own the overall integration and migration program across brands

• Define operating rhythms, decision structures and reporting for all stakeholders

• Align architecture, engineering, data, product and leadership around a shared roadmap

• Translate technical and commercial input into clear program level plans and milestones

• Monitor dependencies, risks and issues across multiple parallel migrations

• Ensure that lessons learned are captured and turned into reusable playbooks and templates

• Provide clear communication to leadership on status, risks and trade offs

• Work closely with project managers and the integration architect to keep execution on track

Requirements

• 7 plus years of experience in program management or large scale project management in tech, SaaS or digital transformation

• Proven track record structuring complex, multi stakeholder initiatives

• Strong skills in governance, operating model design and stakeholder alignment

• Comfortable working in a technical environment and translating between business and engineering

• Calm, structured and pragmatic, especially when many moving parts are involved

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Dutch is a plus

• Based in the Netherlands no IND sponsorship
