Job description

You join the GCP integration team and take the lead in designing how data flows between systems at scale. You do not build business features. You shape the communication layer where performance, security and reliability define success.

Your work includes:

• Designing and building API proxies using Apigee

• Working with GCP components such as GKE, Anthos, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions and Pub Sub

• Applying Terraform for infrastructure automation

• Setting up CI CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps

• Defining API design, governance, monitoring and security policies

• Advising clients on integration patterns and best practices

• Communicating openly with stakeholders and representing AppyThings with clarity and confidence

Impact: the solutions you design influence how enterprises communicate internally and externally and how they scale their digital services.

Requirements

Must have

• Strong hands on experience with GCP and Apigee

• Experience with API management, proxies and cloud native integrations

• Solid understanding of API security, scalability and automation

• Terraform experience

• Strong communication skills and comfort in client facing roles

• Pro active attitude and ability to challenge ideas

• Fluent English

Big pluses

• GCP certifications

• Experience with event driven systems

• Exposure to Anthos or hybrid setups
